We take pride in creating fresh, handcrafted flower arrangements. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we’ll make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
However, we are happy to offer:

Replacements for damaged or poor-quality arrangements

Store credit in certain cases, at our discretion

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery:

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled preparation time
