In some cases, substitutions may be necessary due to availability, but any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and similar style.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery is fulfilled through third-party courier services, including local cab providers and delivery platforms. While we aim to provide timely service, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location, traffic, and demand. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, and we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or third-party services.
For pickup orders, customers are expected to collect their arrangements within a reasonable time after being notified. We are not responsible for the condition of products if pickup is significantly delayed.
Orders may only be changed or canceled before preparation begins. Once an order is in production or completed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Flowers are perishable products, and their lifespan depends on care and environmental conditions. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for proper care.
For issues related to quality or damage, please refer to our Refund Policy. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
We are not liable for delivery delays, damages caused by third-party services, or any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products.
All product images are for reference only. Due to the handcrafted nature of our arrangements, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur.
